We’ve all gotten used to filling in screens in applications that are not 100% built for what we do and how we think. With the arrival of agentic AI, a lot of flexibility (call it intelligence if you want) is now a reality. In nine days we built a new enterprise operating system with AI: one you talk to instead of fill in. On 15 October it runs in front of you. No slides and no nonsense, just the system itself.

The paradigm shift has already happened for software developers. Law firms and finance are up next, and in the end we will all be interacting differently with our information systems. In a lot more fluent and human way. Less data entry, more conversation. Aurora is the evening TAG and Kapernikov show what that looks like today: no predictions about the future, no endless slide shows and no abstract promises. Three things to take home.

   We walk through the approach, the choices and the places where it hurt. Enough for you to judge what a comparable project would ask of your own organisation.

   After the demo the builders are at their booth, not behind a desk. Questions about architecture, data model or cost get answered by whoever wrote the code.

   First the frame: why an enterprise operating system as the test case, and what we set out to do. Then the technical walkthrough, with the data model and where AI sat in the build. After that the demo on the system itself: orders, stock and invoicing, in the real application. We also show where it went wrong and what we had to rebuild.
